We have partnered with DHL to make the delivery and return (Mainland UK) of your lights seamless.

All we need is your delivery/collection addresses and the relevant dates. We then book both journeys when your order is confirmed. On the day you specified for collection you will be contacted with a 1 hour collection window.

We provide reusable packaging. Once you finished with the lights repackage them and seal the box. The driver will arrive with the returns label when he collects your box.

Returns tracking can be provided though every step of the journey for peace of mind. Just download the app here.
