What do I need to order?
◦ It depends what comes with your stand. Usually lights are not included, but you need to check that the exhibition company allow you to bring 3rd party lights in.
◦ You will need an electricity supply and plug socket.
◦ Our most popular lights come as a kit with track, lights, cables and full instructions which should be all you need.
How much notice do I need to give for my rental?
◦ We ask for at least 48 hours notice from order confirmation to delivery. Also, note that weekend deliveries aren’t possible at this time. If you need something urgently please call and we’ll see what we can do: +44 (0)20 7284 2040.
How quickly do you confirm my booking?
◦ We aim to get back to customers as soon as possible and certainly on the day of enquiry. If you’re in a hurry, please give us a call.
What are the electrical requirements?
◦ You need to make sure your stand has electricity and a plug socket for each track ordered.
How much does delivery cost?
◦ We charge a flat rate of £15 + VAT for all mainland UK deliveries. If you need delivery to Isle of Man or the Highlands and Islands please call for a quote.
When can I expect my order?
◦ We will send out your order to arrive on the day specified (excluding Saturday and Sunday). We cannot provide timed deliveries, so if you need them first thing in the morning it might be best to order one day in advance of set up.
How are they packaged?
◦ All lights are delivered in re-usable, sustainable packaging for the return so please don’t throw anything away!
How do I set-up my lights?
◦ Don’t worry, all lights come with full instructions for simple set up. If you get confused call us and someone will be able to talk you through it.
How do I return the lights?
◦ When your event has finished and you take down your stand, carefully wrap all lights and place back in the box provided. You will be provided a 1-hour window on the collection day, the driver will arrive with the labels you need and the lights will be returned to us. A tracking number can be provided, if required. How do I pay for the lights?
◦ We accept payment by credit card, or bank transfer prior to shipment.
